About me
I am a birth and postpartum doula with a focus on calm, compassionate, evidence-informed support for families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the early newborn stage.
Training & background
I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula through Doula International, with additional studies in Doula Studies through Fanshawe College. My training also includes Lactation for Birth Workers, Level C CPR, and IPAC for Birth Workers. My professional focus also includes overnight newborn care, which I continue to refine through ongoing learning and hands-on experience.
My approach
I approach this work with a trauma-informed, family-centred lens. My goal is to offer calm, respectful support while honouring each family’s unique needs, choices, and transition through birth, postpartum recovery, and the early newborn stage.

Areas of support
Currently, my professional focus is specialized overnight newborn care. I support families through the early newborn stage by helping parents find rhythm, feel supported, and thrive by reclaiming their rest.In this role, I provide overnight newborn care, feeding support, and gentle guidance as families transition into their new routine. I love the quiet, intentional work of the night shift, where I can provide parents with the restorative sleep they need to be the resilient, joyful caregivers they are.
Questions & guidance
Are you currently accepting new clients?
My availability for birth, postpartum, and overnight support varies based on my current commitments. I maintain a limited schedule so I can provide dedicated, high-quality care to each family I support.
What is your approach to overnight support?
My overnight care is rooted in gentle, responsive, high-touch newborn support. I meet babies where they are developmentally, offering comfort, connection, and attentive care while helping parents receive restorative rest with confidence.
How can I support your journey?
Support can look different for every family. Whether you are exploring overnight care, postpartum transition, birth support, or have questions about local resources, my role is to offer calm, respectful guidance that meets your family where you are.
